i understand that. but why was paul forced to give up something in exchange oftwo songs to be used in a beatle (not solo) project? why wouldn't george,ringo, apple, capital or anybody else for that matter, foot the bill? lastly,why did yoko contribute only after a concession by paul was made. fwiw, johnhad as much to do with yesterday as paul had to do with give peace a chance.and give peace a chance (while being considered a lennon solo) was made whilethe beatles were still considered a working entity.
